When there’s a new Jane Henry book, you drop what you’re reading and start it ASAP. I don’t make the rules, but here we are! The next book in the Bratva Kings series, but have no fear, this works perfectly as a standalone and it exists in the same universe as the characters in the first book (UNLEASHED).
Now, I gotta say, this story is done so well. A dark romance book influencer talking about the books and tropes she loves, then attracts a mystery man masked behind an anonymous profile. Little does Ember know, the mystery man, Rodion, is the dark mafia man from the books that she’s been dreaming of and waiting for. The chemistry. The banter. Loved it. The spice gets SPICY and there’s the expected violence and darkness to go with the mafia lifestyle. These two were a perfect match and now I’m dying to see where this series continues! The countdown begins.
